Together, we connect what becomes clear with what becomes possible.
insight doesn’t stay in the room, and action doesn’t lose its way.
Trevor Maber, PhD
Co-Founder
Trevor works in the space where things don’t have clear answers.
As a scholar-practitioner in complexity, leadership, and organizational development, his work centers on helping people navigate what can’t be solved through expertise alone. Instead of forcing clarity, he creates the conditions where it can emerge—through dialogue, shared sensemaking, and thoughtful experimentation.
With over 30 years of experience across academia and practice, Trevor has worked with leaders at every level—from executive teams to frontline staff—guiding large-scale change, service redesign, and leadership development across complex systems. His approach is deeply influenced by his role as a steward within the global Art of Hosting community, where conversation is not just a tool, but a method for transformation.
Alongside his work in organizations, Trevor teaches and contributes to graduate programs in organizational development and leadership, staying closely connected to both leading-edge research and lived organizational realities.
He doesn’t arrive with answers.
He helps groups ask better questions—and stay in them long enough for something real to emerge.
Janette Boden, MBA
Co-Founder
Janette works at the point where things need to move.
Her work lives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and people. She helps organizations not just define direction, but actually follow through in ways that are human, practical, and sustainable.
With a background spanning healthcare, higher education, Indigenous organizations, and resource sectors, she brings a grounded understanding of how organizations really function; where things get stuck, where they break down, and what it takes to shift them.
Janette is known for her ability to quickly surface what matters, bring the right people into the conversation, and translate complexity into clear, actionable movement. Whether she’s coaching leaders, facilitating alignment, or redesigning systems and processes, her focus is always the same: creating change that sticks because people are part of it, not subject to it.
Her work is informed by human-centered design, organizational effectiveness, and a deep belief that the best solutions already exist within the system...they just need the right conditions to come forward.
She doesn’t just help you think differently.
She helps you operate differently.
